Looks like Janice has dissappeared off the site for a bit so I will answer. A PM is a personal message - you do it simply by clicking on the name at the side of the thread and typing a message and sending. Not only does the message get delivered to the recipitant's GR message store but an e-mail advising that he has a message goes to whatever e-mail address he has registered on GR (does that make sense, its far to early in the morning!)

Researching the HANN family tree. Have been able to go back to the mid to late 1800's but the trail seems to cool as we try to go any further back. It would appear that our branch of the HANN family originated in Yetminster, Dorset. 20th century Hanns found in the Paddington, Hendon, Mitcham, Hastings and Bexhill areas. Any help or advice gratefully received. Thank you!
