Member Since: July 2007 Posts: 1 Send Message	Hi my grandfather was James Mannion he and his sister Mary were placed in St Vincents orphanage Preston around 1889-90 i cant seem to get hold of any records from there and they dont seem to be on any census has anyone any clues on how i can get information. Thanks
