I'm trying to trace the parents & siblings of Edward Davies who was born in 1777 in Little Hulton,Lancashire.He married Mary Greenhalgh 25 Jan 1802 in Eccles,Lancs.who was born1783 in Lancs.Edward died 24 June 1850 in Old Pole,Little Hulton.& Mary died 5 December 1846.both were buried at St. Paul's Church in Walkden,Worsley,Manchester.I already have details of descendants.It may well be that Edward's ancesters came from the midlands area ---Staffordshire /Derbyshire or Shropshire ---- because they were coal miners ---possibly recruited , and brought to Lancs.to work in the pits for the Duke of Bridgewater.
