Hi i am trying to trace relatives to my paternal grandfather, his name was Richard henry Roberts, he had an older sister called frances nicknamed Dolly, an older sister called nelly brother called joe and a younger brother called alan. He was born around 1925 in Liverpool and worked as a merchant navy chef for about 40 years. He married my nan catherine thorne in 1943 and had 2 sons Richard Antony roberts and Keith Roberts born 1945 and 1947. they lived in west derby, and huyton for a while his mothers name was Margaret and she worked as an agent in liverpool to Harld Wilson, his fathers name was Harry Roberts and its believed he worked on the docks, any information would be gratefully appreciated. thanks jo-ann. |
