Hello All I am trying to find details about my Great Grandmother Annie Charlton, b.c1891 in the NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE Tyne and Wear area, but moved around Northumberland, Blythe then Lancashire. She died in Lancashire some time around 1977-78. She was then living in Bacup Stacksteads area. She married Ambrose Wildeman, from Northumberland b.1889 d.c1928 in 1912. Annie's parents are thought to have been father, George Charlton b. c1867 Durham, GATESHEAD Tyne and Wear area, mother, Caroline Waters b. c1868 Houghton Le Spring, Durham area. Annie may have been Registered at birth as Annie Waters as her parents were not married until the following year. Annie's husband died after 16 years of marriage (1928) leaving her with 5 children, one of which my Grandfather, Arthur Mayall Wildeman. Annie then married John Henry Hamer Bratt b. c1881 at Hyndburn Reg Office, Preston in 1943??? That's as much as I seem to be able to work out, any help would be great, I'm new to genes and need all the help I can get :-) |
