I have a MILLICENT (?EAMES) who married a William SINFIELD. i am trying to find either of their parents but its becoming difficult because of incorrect spellings. marriage is recorded as; william sentfirld & melicent eames 13 aug 1835 st martin in the fields. In 1871 william and millicent SKERMAN. with son. knwon children are; William 1837, Elizabeth 1840, George 1842, Frederick james 1845. there is a millicent sinfield with james and elizabeth EAMES in 1841 census - recorded as born chesham, bucks c 1810. living in chesham. *********************************** i have found an IGI record as this; Melissa Eames Female Birth: 15 AUG 1809 Chesham, Buckingham, England Christening: 24 DEC 1809 Chesham, Buckingham, England Father: John Eames Mother: Mrs. Elizabeth Eames do you think this could be my Millicent????
