COOPER born 1898 , Ipswich, Suffolk. i belive he married but to whom and are there any Children, also when and were he died. His father was Edward Cooper and Mother Eliza Cooper nee Flegg. I would be grateful of any info, or would the information not be available yet.??? Thank you ,Barbara.
