Hello, my Leader ancestors seem to be very elusive - they are all from the Stepney area of Middx in the 1800's but so far I have not managed to find links in anyone else's Tree. If you recognise any of these names please do get in touch as I'd like to add siblings and further descendants:- Robert Leader (c. 1790) married Frances. Only found one son Robert Leader (born 1817, Shoreditch). Married Sophia Sibley (originally from Belgium).3 children all born in Stepney:- Robert (born 1841), Frances (born 1846), Jesse (born 1849) I am related to Frances and have further info about her descendants. But there seem to be several Leader families around the Shoreditch area at this time. I think there must be a link somewhere, but I haven't found it yet! |
