Hi My name is Lisa Hickey. I am looking for any information or relations to William Johnson Born 1890c in Salford Lancashire. He married a Mary Johnson. They had 4 Children, Alice, Noah AKA (Tommy), Edith and Bill. I am Noah's Grandaughter. My mum is Jacqueline He lived in salford untill he left to fight in WW1. I have heard that he died in the battle of Gallipollii around 1915. I have search numerous battle websites and Army records, but cannot seem to find any record of his death. I have even checked the Gallipollii memorial and his name is not there. I would be really grateful to know any information. Or even find somebody that is a Johnson that is related!! I have come to a stop now with my research! Hope somebody can help!!!!! regards Lisa |
