Hi There..... I am hoping that someone out there can help........ My great aunt, was ELIZABETH CHRISTINA HUGHES, born on September 23rd 1887, at 49, Lombard Street, West Derby. She was always known as LILY....... She married CHARLES J TAYLOR in 1916 at West Derby Registry Office...... One address I have for her was 44, Hatherley Street, Liverpool . this was c 1935 , when her mother ISABELLA HUGHES died and the last known address was 14 Troughton Street, in 1939, when her sister, ALICE ADELAIDE BRADSAW, of 116 Tunnel Road , Edge Hill , died Elizabeth Christina was one of 12 children born to William Richard Hughes, and Isabella, nee DAGWELL...... We lost touch with all the family during the blitz on Liverpool. Thanks to GR I am now reunited with several family members If there are any descendents out there, I would be so happy to hear from them.........I have photographs, that I would like to put names to !! Regards Jean Grandaughter of Sarah Hughes 1878, known as Sis/Ciss |
