Trying to find Fletcher

From the Fletcher families, or descending families, is there anyone who has experience or record of folk with hereditary walking difficulties? It usually appears in your 20's or 30's and getting worse as they grow older. I am related, through my paternal grandmother to a branch of the Fletcher family. Whilst she was born in Birmingham her older siblings and parents etc came from the Madeley area of Shropshire. It has been diagnosed as 'Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia' (HSP) and has been quite prevalent in a number of lines of the family, including myself. Anyone know of this?
