Looking for details of James Henry Haggan born approx 1885 in Carrickfergus, son of James Henry Haggan and either Mary Ann (nee Kane) or Jeminia (nee Parke), his birth was never registered. He married Marthe Jane Connor in 1906 and it says he was full age on his marriage certificate. he had one daughter Martha Jane born in northern Ireland. He joined the Army possibly the Royal Irish Rifles and then was in the Medical Corp, the last I have managed to trace back was that he was in the Coventry area in the 1920's then the research has gone cold. Did he re-marry without getting a divorce, as I do have photographs of my late Aunts in their teens somewhere in England with an elderly couple and also other people around their same age. |
