Margaret Report 16 Jul 2007 19:35

My great grandfather James Farrell was a founder member of Greenock Morton Football Club during the temperance movement to give lads an interest My grandfather Samuel sold tickets at the gate and my father Thomas Halliday Farrell played football professionally for Crewe and Flint in the 1920s. My great grandfather was a grocer and moved to Scotland. I think his brother moved also. My father was born in Greenock in 1906 and I would love to make contact with anyone who is related to my family, particularly from County Antrim.
