Looking for the family of THOMAS MAHER who married Mary Hickey in St. Mary's Cathedral Sydney in 1859. Thomas had to my knowledge 2 sisters (Ellen & Bridget) living in NSW in 1859 however I do not know when he arrived in Australia from Tipperary Ireland. At the time of his death on 12th April 1889 he lived in Perouse Street, Randwick NSW and is buried in Randwick General Cemetery - no headstone on the grave. At the time of his death he had the following living children Caroline 26, Thomas 25, William 23, Richard 18, George 16, Mary E. 14, Margaret 12 & Alice 10.
