am seeking information abut Richard Chugg who was born in 1854 in Combemartin Devon to Richard and Agnes Chugg. Richard worked as a Tailor and sometime between 1871 and 1881 he moved to Kingston upon Thames in Surrey where he lodged with William Clark, a Fisherman, and his family at Oak Lea Passage. Around the middle of 1881 he married Alice Noakes from Hampton Wick and had 4 children, George, born 1882, Mary, born 1889, Alice, born 1890 and Richard, born 1893. In 1901 the family was living at 13 Deacon Road. I have not been able to trace the family after that date, does anyone have any information. |
