Member Since: September 2005 Posts: 2 Send Message	Any descendants of JAMES McANSH (b1896 in GLASGOW) this and all following surmnames changed about 1900 to McAINSH. Also, brothers/sisters FREDERICK, ELIZABETH (married name GRAHAM) and AGNES (married name MAITLAND). Father - JAMES McANSH (b1852) appears to have died between 1896 and 1904 when family split - no death certificate found! Rumours he committed suicide jumping in the Clyde or the Tay -want to find out!! Mother - JANE (nee CAMERON) remarried WILLIAM SMITH in Dundee in 1904. Any help out there?
