During the mid to late 50's he worked in the Shetlands, possibly as a clerk of works with a company called Holland, Hannen & Cubitt on the construction of the RAF radar base. He may then have moved to Largs in Ayrshire where he worked at Hunterston power station. Sorry, but that's all I have to go on. Any info would be much appreciated. Many thanks, Willie.
