Trying to find Carroll

Theresa Carroll, born around 1840 (probably in Ireland), living in Manchester in the 1860s.

She was the daughter of Thomas James Carroll (a printer - died before 1867) and married James Stanley in Manchester 1867.

Theresa died some time between 1868 - 1871, probably in Manchester (James Stanley had remarried on the 1871 census, but I can't find a death record for Theresa).

I don't know if any of her family came to England with her, although there are records of a Thomas James Carroll on the 1851 & 1861 censuses. However, this man was a school master, not a printer.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
