Hello my name is Barrie I am trying to contact anyone who may have information about my late father, Leslie norman greenwood owen, born 21-1-1914 to Fred and Lucy Owen of Harrogate Street Barrow-in-Furness. He had a sister Winerfrid born approx 1920. My father died last March 2007 from information now obtained from his service records, I have discovered he was previously married to Jenny Owen former Harden - they married on the 5-6-1936 in Denton Manchester. They had two children named; Kathleen born 22-11- 1936 Kenneth born 1-7- 1941 In 1942 they were living in Kingston on Thames Surry. I was unaware that my father had been previously married and had two children, and know nothing about him before 1949 . Has anyone got information about any of the mentioned Owen's as I would love to make contact being an only child with both parents deceased. Thanking you in advance Barrie |
