His name is James or Jim Tovell and he was living in the Isle of Man about 50 years ago, or more, where he married Dorreen Mills and had a son called Paul, who is my dad. They lived on Jurby Road in Ramsey in the Isle of Man. We would be very grateful if you could help with our search.
