White – I would very much like to hear from anyone descended from George White who was born on 23rd May 1859 (Portsea, Hampshire). His parents were James White (born c1826 Portsea, Hampshire) and Elizabeth Walker (born c1827 Portsea, Hampshire). George White married Alice Mary Offord on 2nd January 1887 at Portsea Parish Church. According to the 1901 Census, the family address was 31 Duncan Street, Portsea. The following children show; George William (born 1887, my Great Grandfather), Jessie (born c1889) and Clara (born c1894). All born in Portsea. If you are descended from any of the above children or any born after 1901, I’d be delighted to hear from you. Thanks Simon |
