i am still trying to find out the whereabouts of the family of my mother-in-law beatrice mary baker who later married reginald walker who was born in barrow in furness. I have had some wonderful help in my search for her husband,but have yet to find out much about the family of beatrice.. She was born in 1885 in Avon,her father was william john baker and her mother was calledmaria westlake.her parents married on 1 1 1877..I often heard her speak of her sisters Christine,leslie and Dolly, then i recall her having a brother in the fire service called ewart. shall be so pleased to hear further barbara walker,nee hockings |
