Member Since: October 2004 Posts: 1 Send Message	Hi. My father was Sidney Bracey ,Born in Poplar (1922) but bought up in Deptford. London. He always told me that the family originally came from Normandy France. When I was travelling in France I came upon a place called De Bracy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So perhaps all us Braceys are originally from France. Mary Bracey
