Member Since: March 2006 Posts: 1 Send Message	Joan Hillyer (nee Carver) I would welcome any information about my paternal grandparents, James & Edith Carver of Newcastle; lived in Gateshead then Felling in the 1940's. My father was eldest, George, he had a sister 5 years younger, Elsie (dec'd), and a brother, Gordon, who lives now in Canada. Both James and Edith died in 1950's. I don't know if they had siblings; he was a ranger and market gardener. There was an Uncle Ernie but we're not sure if he was James' or Edith's brother.
