2nd Request for help from you lovely people ( not that I'm greedy). My Grandfather on my mothers side, born Dennis Harry Moore in Westbromwich 06.04.1918 was apparently orphaned at an early age and apparetly did not divulge too much information to his own children (Patricia (my mother) and Barry Moore). I have his birth certificate on which his parents are stated as being Arthur Ernest Moore and Beatrice Hancock. I have no idea wether they wee married or where and when either of them were born as I have not been able to find them in any census or bmd records and there's only so much you can spend on search credits. I am hoping that maybe someone on GR will be able to help me and I would be truly grateful for any clues. Paul. |
