Find Ancestors

Hello Can anyone please look at the 1851 census for me? I have Georgina White Snelgrove born abt 1846 marrying William Strong in Clifton, Gloucestershire. LDS gives 2 marriages for this couple, one in 1863 and one in 1866. It also has Georgina's parents as William White Snelgrove and Anne Charlotte Nicholes. Georgina being born in Bristol. Can some one please check the 1851 census and see if William and Anne were Georginas parents and where they were living Thankyou

Thats a possible. I know IGI isn't very reliable

Hi Ladies I have taken another look at IGI and found William 1835, Maria 1835 and Mary Ann 1832. All same parents and christened in Temple Bristol

The entries on IGI for Georgina are submitted entries which can be very wrong - the member giving the details might have presumed that she was born in Bristol. The 1851 family already posted is a very good bet. Mother is Ann C on image and not Ann O. Maureen
