I have an Arthur Stokes born 1892 who married an Elizabeth Jemima Houghton born 1899.It would either be Hitchin or bedfordshire. I cannot find a marriage at all !! i have searched Freebmd,tried allsorts of variations. I have tried ancsetry as well. I know they had 16 children and i have found 11 of these ,the first i have found is in 1925 and the last is 1943.I know shes the last as Arthur died in 1944. Just had a thought that maybe they married much later but nothing jumped out at me. If some one can help with anything i might have over looked thank you. Tina |
