Its a site set up last September - mostly GR people who wanted something a bit more comprehensive in the way of genealogy reference materials. Until recently it was invite only but is now open to all comers. http://www*genealogistsxgr*co.uk/index*php As always on here - replace asterisks with full stops Take your time, its a big site! .All the sort of good info and advice given on replies here are collated together into a permanent WIKI so that you can search for information on any subject/link. You can upload your gedcom and search by name or by village (which is really fun as you find your ancestors living cheek to jowl with other members' ancestors) but you cannot view anyones tree. If you want further info you have to contact them direct. Oh and its FREE

Of course O.C. will be greatly missed on here, not just for her incredible knowledge and experience but also for the wonderful and funny threads we have all enjoyed. But do not despair, she has not abandoned us, she will continue to amaze and amuse on the Family Tree Forum.
