Hi I have just received a marriage certificate for Andrew LINDSAY to Eliza Jane CROMPTON dated 5th Jan 1909. The marriage took place at Baronscourt in County Tyrone. Andrew is 21 and a half and Eliza is 24. Andrew's father is shown as John LINDSAY, butcher. Eliza's father is James CROMPTON, labourer. The residence at time of marriage look like Archill for Andrew and Derrygoon for Eliza. Witnesses are Johnston & Sarah CROMPTON as well as Lizzie M LOUGHLIN (or McLOUGHLIN?). The IGI has a Johnston CROMPTON born to James CROMPTON (b. 1856) and Mary ROBB (b. 1855) in 1888 in County Tyrone, with James & Mary's marriage in 1876. Not sure if this is a link. If anyone has access I would love to know more about this family, ie Andrew & Eliza's births (c1887 and 1885) and their parents. Thank you! Cherilyn
