Thanks June . This is my family.Alfred F Atkinson. However I cant find his birth in 1870 Stockton. No fathers name on his marriage cert. That is why Im asking for someone to find the Alfred Foster born 1870 dec qt Stockton on the 1871 census. I have eliminated the Alfred Atkinson with father George and Mother Mary Ann(Creighton) by buying his birth cert. Sorry everyone not getting back sooner. Also sorry I gave the wrong year of birth. Alfred Foster dec qt 1870 Stockton gro ref 10a 73. So Im looking for Alfred Foster in 1871 . I have the birth cert for Alfred Atkinson father George Mother Mary Ann Creighton and I believe this is the wrong Alfred. I found that Alfred Atkinson born 1870 on the 1901 census still at home or elsewhere if I remember a couple of years ago. and he had the wrong occupation. Dont have Ancestry now so cant check. Perhaps someone can eliminate him again for me.I think hes on the census unmarried at the same time Alfred Foster Atkinson is married. Alfred Foster Atkinson married in 1892 and he was a blacksmith/Striker.

There is a birth for Alfred Foster dec qt 1870 Stockton. Can someone please find him on the 1871 census. I have an Alfred Foster Atkinson born Stockton 1870 from the ,1901 census. However on his marriage cert to Sarah Baggott he didnt give a fathers name. I also cant find a birth for Alfred Foster Atkinson 1870 Stockton.
