mothers maiden name mckillop thanks all think this will be foreva a mystery as all i know is he was alive in 1937. no address or anything again thanks

ScotlandsPeople is showing one match with birth date of 1920 +/- 1year between 1945 and 1950. Did try several different year ranges from 1920 to 1956 and only one result showing anyway. Mothers maiden name might rule out this one Maureen

Louise deaths for Scotland go up to about 1956 online, for a death after that date you would need to contact the GRO in Scotland but it could be expensive if you dont have a rough date. You could post a request asking if anyone is visiting the records office in Edinburgh. Georgina.

does anyone know how i can find a death cert in scotland if i dont know dates i have recently discovered my gt grandad had 2 more children . i know one is dead but want details on a Angus Mitchell born 25/04/1920 in scotland i presume he is dead from the email i recieved from a source(not relative)
