I had a brush with the McCourts of Jarrow some time ago, doing stuff for a friend's mother in law. They were definitely elusive and there was no telling where in Ireland they originated from. Good luck Sheila

Because they are both such common names, it would take forever to find any children looking for Bells or Smiths with mother's maiden name McCourt. You would have to buy the certificate to know which one she married. Kath. x

on the 1909 marrages how can i find out who Nickless Mccourt married. Her name comes up but i dont know who it is she married Any Mccourts in Tyne and Wear? please please get in touch!! Especially from Washington
