1891 Census Trying to Find Henry Thorneloe

Hi Can I borrow some eyes please. I cant find Henry Thorneloe born abt 1841 Litchfield (Painter?) married to Emily Children Albert born 1878 Alice born 1874 Florence born 1872 In other census returns they were living at Paradise St ? Canyt find them anywhere in 1891 but find them in all other census . 1901 Henry widowed as Emily died 1901 Many thanks Annie
