1871 census look up please!

Hi Could some one please find 1871 census for Henry Duke b 1828 Kimberworth Rotherham. I have all other census but on 61 cens he was married to MAY and on 81 & 91 married to MARY. i was hoping it's just mis typed. I can't find a marriage to MAY. Thinking the 1871 census could help. Thanks Pamx
