Pat i feel the same way, I always feel i have acheived somthing when i help solve other peoples look ups and i also feel very greatful when somebody returns the favour

THANKYOU!!! I have asked for many lookups in my time, and have always recieved great help. In return I have offered lookup's myself and have found most people to be very grateful. What im trying to say is please don't be put off helping other's and also please do not be afraid of posting lookup requests because of some mindless people. Pat

pat this is a wonderful site with wonderful people, where they give up their time,unconditionally,to help others. i have had so much help with my elusive rellies and i really appreciate it. in return i try and help by doing look ups.when i find someones long lost relatives i feel so excited . it gives me so much pleasure and i love helping others. love susie

I whole heartedly agree. I have had some wonderful help and such quick responses to my asks. I am very greatful to everyone on here who have helped me. And in my turn I've done the odd Essex PR look up just to redress the balance. I think the people on here are worth the subscription even if my tree doesnt work and some of the rest of it is a bit shoddy!! The other members are fab!!

Pat, I think most people agree wholeheartedly with you. I know i get a buzz doing lookups for people but could I make one small point please? Could folk let us know if we're going the right direction with our lookups, even if we're not it would save us wasting any time on sending out useless information. We really do enjoy helping so please don't stop asking! Liz
