Ah no. Just noticed she was born in Westminster. My Eleanor was born in Hoxton/Shoreditch. Darn! |

Help! Common family name and no access to the 1901 census. Could some kind person please look up the following for me? In 1897 Eleanor Jones (my relative I think) married Charles G. Braybrook in Mile End, London. My Eleanor was born in 1872. She may have spelled her name Ellenor. In the 1901 census, Eleanor Braybrook shows up as living with Charles G Braybrook in east London somewhere (possibly Poplar or Mile End). What I'd like to know is (to prove if she is indeed *my* Eleanor) is: a) Her age b) Her year of birth. Also, do they have any children and their ages? Thank you very much. *I can do lookups from Findmypast if anyone wants in return. Lesley |
