Thank you all for your efforts. I know nothing of her parents but I am thinking they may have originated from Ireland. Also, I am not sure whether they came to England with their two children as Agnes and Mary are boarders on the 1881 census (spelt McCormick).

I would be very grateful for a look up of the 1871 Canada Census. The name is Agnes McCormack who was born 1866 in Toronto and was a British Subject. She was in England in 1881 with her sister Mary (who was known in the family as Ontario Mary). Many thanks Gill
