Dear Friends, I decided to go ahead and try and prepare my scotish research prior to coming over. To do this I am going to purchase my Great Grand parents Marriage certificate, with hopes of finding out who my Great Grandfather's parents are. But I can't find anything on their Marriage. I would appreciate your kind help! DETAILS:- Malcolm McLean b 1846 Glasgow, Married Bridget Conway b1849 Newton in Makerfield [Newton le Willows] Bridget's parents were Irish and named Peter and Bridget Conway, Malcolm & Bridget had their first child John Malcolm in 1870 in Liverpool So I would think that they were married in the period 1868 -1870.Thanking you, Joe in San Antonio. |
