Is it a Scottish certificate? There is a Wester Hassockrigg, near (just north of) Shotts in North Lanarkshire, which is east of Glasgow. Kath. x

Can some tell me where about in shotts,hassockrigg is as on one of my marrige cert is say that the place of marrige was HASSOCKRIGG MIDDLE DISTRICT OF SHOTTS.
