Does anyone have access to the parish registers for the Isle of Wight? I am interested in the marriages of Walter Meadowcroft and Sarah Brackwell at St. John's, Niton, in first quarter 1917 and Margaret Meadowcroft and Frederick Denness at St. Michael's, Swanmore in last quarter 1918. I would really like to know the name and occupation of Walter and Margaret Meadowcroft's father.

Isle of Wight records are online. I just google 'isle of wight births' to find it. Those 2 marriages are there. Unfortunately no more info that what you have. You can also order the certificates via the site. Don't know the cost. Margaret
