Hi there Ive been told by a distant relative that my great grandmother was sent to prison. She was born in 1902 and died in 1948 so I imagine it was in 1930s or so. I have been told that she was on a bus and she 'stabbed a vicar with a knitting needle!'. Does anyone know when public transport first came around? And also if there is any way I can find out if this is true? (I really do hope its not!!!!) Thankyou Colette |

Hi Colette, Don't know if you have thought of this at all, but there maybe something in the newspaper reporting the story if you know where it might have happened. Best wishes LM |
