Find Ancestors

Can anybody help please. I am using family tree maker version 10. In the more about facts for individuals I have entered lots of facts for various individuals, but what I haven't done for all these is tick the prefered box. Is there a way of including all these facts for all individuals on my tree for creating and printing genealogy reports etc. At the moment it will only include the ones that I had ticked in the preference box when the fact was created, and with over 500 names its a thankless task to do each one seperately.............help

I am using FTM 2006 but hopefully the options will be the same! When you have selected your report, go to CONTENTS, select OPTIONS, and then tick the box INCLUDE ALL FACTS. (You will probably find that at the moment you have the box DISPLAY ONLY PREFERRED DATES/LOCATONS ticked.)

hi Elaine, When I do this, i get the following options Include individual note Include more about facts Include marriage notes Include more about marriage facts display only prefered dates locations include titles but even if i tick the include more about facts box, it only displays those that have been ticked previously as prefered if that makes sens

there is no option to include all facts that i can find????

Probably the difference between the two versions. I´ll go on to the FTM help site and see if I can see anything applicable to version 10

What happens if you untick the box 'display only prefered dates locations'

I think that might work, its added a lot more facts, will need to check first see if there all there
