Help required to find details of William Elsey and his wife Anne nee Rathay.William died prior to Oct.1884, I am unable to find any details of his Birth,marriage, or death.He was a mechanic, living in Midlothian. Anne Elsey nee Rathay possibly born in Cupar Fife 1827(1851 Scotland Census). All help very much appreciated.
