Find Ancestors

Hi Can anyone find the following on any census , on my Grandfathers birth certificate it says his parents were John Heard & Ellen WELCH on 1901 census[thanks to previous help to find] cant read where he came from but Ellen b abt 1868 Liskeard, Cornwall, I have found what i think is thier Marriage Cert its for John Heard & Ginetta Ellen WELSH March 1895 Liskeard, problem is i cant find anything on any census for Ginetta/Ellen Welch/Welsh, can anyone help find her, any help really appreciated Thanks Karen
