Hi I have received a copy of My Grandfathers birth certificate ,he was born Frederick Charles Heard b 29/8/1900 address Marlborough Rowe, Marlborough Rd , Plymouth His Parents are named as John Heard occupation Carpenter Journeyman & Ellen Welch, problem is i cant find any of them on 1901 census, also i cant find marriage for his parents, Help, can any one find them, any help appreceiated Thanks Karen
