Find Ancestors

Can anyone please help me on this please, Ada Alice Stokes born 1862, Father Edwin Stokes Engine Turner, mother Henrietta Stokes fomerly Colman, i have the marriage of Edwin Stokes and Henrietta Colman 1862 Deptford, I also have Marriage certificate of Ada Alice Stokes father Edwin Stokes Enginer, Trouble is i cant find them on any census!!!! However a kind person did find a Ada Stokey in 1871 census, born 1862 Kent, mother Harriette Vaughan, with lots of children and never a husband through out the census!!!!! Can anyone please help me on this one, thankyou Loren x

Just looked at Marriage records and Ada Stokes married George Rose in 1880, so thats not her in 1881 census thanks again Loren.
