It will be available on line from 2009, with disabilities obscured. If you know an address, you can access it now, for the sum of £45. OC

1st Jan 2012 fully searchable, limited searching available before then. Address look-ups available now, but limited information and at a cost of about 47 pound per address. Think I can wait a few years yet.
