she isnt listed in 62-64 . what was mums maiden name maybe she was reg in that name

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO TRACK DOWN MY SISTERS BIRTH CERTIFICATE SHE WAS BORN ION THE 26/10/63 MOTHERS NAME RITA COLE FARTHERS NAME ERNEST STUART COLE I HAVE FOUND HER BABTISAM CERTIFICATE ( 5TH JULY 1964 ) AT A CHURCH IN WORDSWORTH RD STOKE NEWINGTON BUT CAN NOT SEEM TO FIND ENTRY ON BIRTH .PLEASE HELP THANKS ALYSON
