I am trying to find George Skipworth and family in 1871 census. He will be about 60 years old and living in Linconshire probably in Bucknall which is in the Horncastle area. I would be very grateful Jeanne

Thanks Jeanette, that is really wierd. He does have another wife in 1881 but I wonder where she is in 1871 and I also can't find a wedding for him to somebody called Jane. Actually now I've looked at 1861 John was 2 weeks old then (which probably had somehing to do with his wife's death in march) , but Benjamin is the mystery.

Hi Jeanne, This is only marriage record I can find.... I should think you have seen this one... Marriages Sep 1862 (>99%) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Baker Sarah Horncastle 7a 749 Skipworth George Horncastle 7a 749 but on the census it is Jane, I wonder if she was Sarah Jane.
