Just wondered if anyone lived near to Lewes and went to the Record Office. I have a few Brighton people I'd like to look up, thats all Thanks Julie P.s Or if not I'll go myself in summer, but can anyone who has been there tell me if it has a 'waiting' room for my poor chauffeur!!I know the one at Bury has a nice room with a hot drink machine.

There was a chap called Chris1066 who was a huge help to me a few years back on there - he seems to have virtually every record at his finger tips - found some lovely stuff in 16th century/17th century for me.
